Here’s how to run your meetings like Whiterose for maximum production:

  1. Allocate time for a meeting based on importance, where 1 is least important:
  • 1: 5 mins
  • 2: 10 mins
  • 3: 15 mins
  • + 5 mins per person to ‘have their say’

2. Start timer with single beep alert every minute. Feel the time-pressure!

3. If the meeting should overrun, note what still needs to be discussed and consider if this constitutes a 2nd meeting.

4. Non-Whiterose meetings should be kept to a minimum (no more than once a week).
